What is your returns policy?
For digital purchases, we have a 60 day money-back guarantee. For physical purchases, we accept returns up to sixty days of your purchase date. All returns need to be posted to Vervante Returns, 400 North Geneva Road, STE C, Lindon, UT 84042.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Digital orders are available immediately after purchase and are also sent via email to you. You may wish to check your spam inbox to ensure your login details have not been sent there.
Physical product purchases will be processed in three to five working days.
Your package will be sent with USPS and can take up to twenty-one days and you will be sent a shipping notification once your package has been left the warehouse which will have your tracking number.
How much is shipping and handling?
For all US purchases, the shipping and handling prices are $8.25, for all Canadian orders $14 and international orders $25. Shipping prices subject to change.
